Haggis neeps and tatties served with a
whisky cream sauce

2. Penne al pesto.
Pasta nibs tossed in our homemade tomato
and basil pesto

3. Smoked haddock chowder.

4. Pan fried king prawns,
coriander and chilli butter

5. Asparagus spears set on a garlic crouton,
topped with poached egg and hollandaise sauce

6. Warm duck salad.
Served with balsamic dressing

7. Chicken caesar salad,
cos lettuce, fresh anchovies, parmesan
and garlic croutons

8. Gravadlax.
Smoked salmon filled with prawns and crab
meat in a light paprika mayonnaise, accompanied
by potato salad.

9 Tianne of roast Mediterranean vegetables,
topped with goats cheese accompanied by red
and green pesto.

1. Chicken supreme,
stuffed with mousse of Scottish salmon,
served with a lightcoriander sauce

2. Roast rib eye of beef.
Served glazed with honey and Dijon mustard
with Thyme and shallot jus

3. Seared fillet of salmon,
on a bed of stir fry vegetables and coriander
noodles with oriental sauce

4. Pastichio del orto.
Roulade of asparagus, wild mushroom
baked in filo pastry garnished with
roast vegetables

5. Pot roasted venison saddle with red cabbage,
red currant, juniper berry and port jus

6. Half crispy duck,
served with plum and ginger sauce

7. Whole roasted sea bass.
Served with a salsa verde

8. Baked monkfish and parma ham,
served with a thermidor sauce

9. Roasted rack of lamb,
topped with honey and mustard crust and
served with rosemary scented jus
